What it is
Media posts let you add photos, videos, and audio alongside text. Media helps show what happened, preserve context, and make a post easier to understand without forcing people into a separate app.
How to use it
Open the composer and choose the media button. Pick a file from your device or capture new media if your device supports it.
Add a caption, hashtags, mentions, and an audience. Review the preview before posting.
If upload fails, keep the composer open and retry after checking your connection. Large video files may take longer to process.
What happens after upload
Uploaded media is associated with your post and may be scanned for safety policy violations. If media is removed, the post may be removed, hidden, or sent to human review depending on severity and context.
