Child safety standards
TrueSay prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, provides in-app reporting, and maintains a child safety point of contact.
What it is
TrueSay prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation across posts, comments, profiles, groups, events, messages, media, and any other user content. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and child trafficking.
How to report a concern
Open the content, profile, comment, or message menu and choose Report.
Choose Child Safety (CSAE/CSAM) as the report category when the concern involves minors, grooming, exploitation, or sexual abuse material.
Add factual context. Do not download, save, share, repost, or forward suspected CSAM.
How TrueSay responds
TrueSay may remove or disable access to content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve records for lawful requests, escalate imminent risk, and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or relevant authorities when required.
