Content moderation is how TrueSay enforces the community guidelines. It combines user reports, automated checks, human review, account restrictions, strikes, and appeals.
How it works
Content can enter review through user reports, safety checks, group moderation escalation, or staff review.
Reviewers evaluate the content, context, account history, policy severity, and whether there is immediate risk.
Actions can include no action, reduced reach, removal, warning, strike, temporary restriction, suspension, or legal escalation.
Appeals
If a moderation action affects your account or content, use the appeal button in the notification or safety area. Appeals should explain what was misunderstood and include context that was missing from the first review.
