What it is
Vibe Status is the little emoji + line of text that sits next to your name in DMs and on your profile. It auto-clears after 24 hours so you don't end up with a "studying for finals" status from 2019 still up.
How to use it
Open Messages. Tap your avatar at the top of the inbox, then Set vibe.
Pick an emoji and type up to 60 characters. Tap Save.
To clear it early, repeat the steps and tap Clear at the bottom of the sheet. Otherwise, it disappears 24 hours after you set it.
Why it matters
DMs are where you actually talk to people, and a static profile bio doesn't say what you're up to right now. Vibe Status is that — a low-key signal, not another thing to maintain. The 24-hour timer is the whole point: if you forget about it, the platform forgets too.
