TrueSay, operated by TrueSay Labs Inc., prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across all product surfaces, including posts, comments, profiles, groups, events, and direct messages.

• Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Zero tolerance for grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or child trafficking
• Immediate enforcement for severe violations, including account suspension

Users can report harmful content or behavior directly in the app without leaving the experience. Reporting is available from content menus across feed, comments, profiles, and messaging surfaces.

• In-app report flow with category selection and optional details
• Block tools available at the same decision point to reduce continued harm
• Priority moderation routing for child safety signals

When TrueSay obtains actual knowledge of suspected or confirmed CSAM, we act promptly in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

• Remove or disable access to violating content
• Restrict or terminate violating accounts
• Preserve relevant records for lawful investigation support
• Escalate credible imminent-risk cases to appropriate authorities

TrueSay maintains internal procedures to comply with child safety laws and regulations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities, as required.
