Investor relations
A social platform built for trust.
TrueSay is a human-first network where people own their voice, their audience, and their upside. This page is a starting point for investors who want to learn more about what we're building.
Social media needs something different.
The dominant platforms grew up optimising for one number: attention. That choice produced extraordinary reach — and a steady erosion of trust. Identity is fuzzy. Reach is opaque. Creators rent their audience from algorithms they don't control. AI-generated content arrives faster than moderation can keep up. And users feel it.
TrueSay is built on a different premise: that a social network can be honest about what it is, generous to the people who use it, and disciplined about the tools it gives them. The result is a platform that earns reach instead of harvesting it, treats creators as partners rather than supply, and uses AI as a useful assistant rather than a content factory.
What TrueSay is
Six product principles that shape every decision we make.
Human-first by design
TrueSay is built for real people having real conversations — not engagement maximisation. The default experience favors signal, consent, and craft over volume.
User-controlled reach
People decide who sees their content. Followers, networks, locations, and groups are first-class. The feed amplifies what users opt in to, not what an opaque ranker chooses.
AI as assistant, not author
TrueSay AI helps with clarity, fact-checking, and structure. Generation is disclosed. Models do not autonomously moderate accounts or move money.
Trust and safety as a product
Identity, verification, appeals, and human moderation are core surfaces. Trust is not a feature flag we add later — it shapes every interaction.
Creators keep what they earn
Subscriptions, newsletters, places, and ad revenue share are built in. The platform takes a transparent cut and pays out on a predictable cadence.
Open about what we don't do
No dark patterns, no punitive features, no purchased engagement. Where we make trade-offs, we publish the reasoning.
How TrueSay generates revenue
Multiple aligned revenue streams. We grow when creators and communities grow with us — not at their expense.
Creator subscriptions
Newsletters, premium feeds, and member-only places. Stripe-backed payouts, transparent take rate, append-only ledger.
Advertising portal
A two-phase ad system: creator-initiated boosts and external advertisers with KYB and human review. Built around consent and quality, not surveillance retargeting.
Places and brand pages
Verified business profiles (the Places vertical) give brands an authentic presence and unlock account-level monetisation distinct from individual creators.
Premium and AI tools
Higher-tier tools for power users — advanced analytics, AI assistance, longer-form publishing — bundled into clear subscription tiers.
Why now
Trust gap
A growing share of users say they no longer trust what they see on the major networks. The market is open for a credible alternative.
Creator economy maturing
Creators want portable audiences, predictable payouts, and tools they own — not rented reach. We're building for that audience.
AI inflection
AI raises both the floor (assistive tools) and the ceiling (synthetic content risk). Platforms that handle both responsibly will define the next decade.
Detailed market analysis, traction, and roadmap are shared directly with serious investors after an initial conversation.
Where we are today
TrueSay is in active development. We are shipping product weekly, onboarding early creators and advertisers, and refining the core experience with real users. We're selective about who we engage with on the investor side — preferring people who care about the long-term mission as much as the financial outcome.
If that sounds like you, we'd be glad to hear from you below.
